We do not record your IP address with your form submissions. Our web host keeps standard technical server logs for security and troubleshooting.
We use the information you send only to answer your request: to reply to your message, prepare your home evaluation, or follow up on the property questions you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Each request is emailed to Morrie Cuttler’s Gmail account and saved in a password-protected leads inbox on this website’s hosting server. Only Morrie Cuttler and the technical provider that maintains the website (Perpetual Solution) can access it. Gmail is a Google service, so your message may be stored outside Québec.
We use Google Analytics to measure how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It is off by default: it only loads, and only sets its cookies (_ga, _ga_*), after you click “Accept” in the banner. If you click “Refuse”, no statistics cookies are set. Google may process this data outside Québec.
Videos on this site are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set YouTube cookies until you play a video.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to cuttlermorrie@gmail.com; we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
The leads inbox is protected by a password and an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. If an incident ever puts your information at risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information as the law requires.
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
